Our fitness trainers will bring that extra boost of motivation: Individually, in a group or as a boot camp with HIIT units. You can also stimulate your mind and soul with deep meditation. All are available upon request.

Equipped with innovative "HOLD STRONG" training equipment and the necessary gear, our fitness room will make any athlete's heart beat faster. Push yourself to the limit and unleash your maximum potential. A green alternative for your workout is just on the doorstep: Bold Park invites you to HIIT sessions or yoga. Whatever suits you best.
Individual and group sessions can be booked with experienced yoginis and fitness trainers upon request.

Relax and rewind poolside
Soak and swim away all your worries at our indoor pool and spa area – the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Measures of the pool: 12.5m x 6m, depth: 1.30m.
Your wellness bag with cosy bathrobe and bath towel is available at our reception for rent for € 6 for one person, € 10 for two.
